Payment for the Digital Activation Keys must be rendered through accepted payment mechanisms, including, but not limited to, Visa and MasterCard. Subsequent to the successful transaction, the Customer shall receive the Digital Activation Key alongside a downloadable link for the game via electronic mail, thereby facilitating instantaneous access to the purchased digital content.
Age verification
The Company strictly adheres to the BBFC ratings as necessitated by the Video Recordings Act 1984 and the Digital Economy Act 2017, thereby implementing age verification procedures to comply with statutory age restrictions. During any interaction with the website, the Company reserves the right to employ age verification mechanisms to ascertain the Customer’s age, ensuring compliance with the legal requirements and preventing the distribution of content deemed unsuitable for minors. The classification framework ranges from Universal (U) to Restricted Adult Use (18), with stringent penalties for non-compliance.
Installation and activation
The acquisition of a Digital Activation Key obligates the Customer to download and install the specified game on a compatible computing device or an accepted digital platform, such as Steam or others. The digital activation key must be employed to activate the game, conforming to the explicit instructions provided by the Company for successful installation and subsequent access to the digital content.
Refund policy
The Company maintains a no-refund policy on all digital goods sold, with exceptions solely for instances wherein the Digital Activation Key or the downloadable content is verified to be defective or non-functional. Under such circumstances, it is incumbent upon the Customer to notify the Company’s customer support team within a prescribed period of forty-eight (48) hours following the purchase. The Company is committed to conducting a thorough investigation of the claim and, upon validation, shall endeavor to provide a suitable replacement or alternative resolution within a fourteen (14) day period from the date of the initial complaint.
Sanctioned countries
In alignment with international regulatory standards, the Company restricts transactions with individuals or entities residing in or conducting transactions from countries under sanctions imposed by the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) of the United Kingdom and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States. Limitation of liability
The Company disclaims all liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, d ata, reputation, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Customer’s use of the Service or the inability to use the Digital Activation Keys or other digital content procured from the Company. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise.
Indemnification
The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, damages, expenses, losses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Customer’s use of the Service, violation ofthese Terms, or infringement, whether direct or indirect, of any third-party rights through the use of the Service. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and the use of the Service.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including “line-noise” interference). Such force majeure events may include, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, civil disturbance, action by governmental entity, strike, and non-performance by a third party. In the occurrence of such force majeure events, the performance of the Company’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of such events, and the Company shall not be liable for delays.
Governing law

Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, the Customer agrees to be bound by the revised terms.
